  • I wouldn't even give 1 star but ZERO is not an option on Yelp. Do NOT use this company! They are thieves!! They picked up our items on April 6 and said we would receive them in NY within 21 business days. Well it's been 6 weeks and they have not delivered our stuff! ASHLEY, the MANAGER is the rudest person we have ever dealt with in our lives! After a million phone calls and emails back and forth she pretty much said to sue them and that she didn't care. I have called the police and filed a report for theft and now have to file a claim with the insurance company. This is a huge inconvenience since we have very important documents in the boxes as well as expensive items. Get a POD... they are way cheaper and much more efficient!!
