  • Horrible experience from start to end. I bought my car here two years ago and unfortunately the customer service here has never gotten better. When I first went to look at the car and decided I wanted to purchase it, I told them I would be back the next day with my husband to do so. The next day when we went back they told me they had taken the car to the auction to be sold! (It was pre-owned and apparently on their hands a little longer than they had liked). That should have been sign number one to go elsewhere but the price was hard to beat so I reluctantly continued after some words with the manager and after the car was brought back from the auction. I will say the one positive experience I had here was with the finance manager. I believe his name is Jack. He was very helpful but unfortunately he's the only one I can say that for. After purchasing my car I had to take it back several times for minor things that should have been taken care of before my purchase according go their certified pre owned standards. Inconvenient to say the least and they never fixed my faulty tire pressure gauge which was a problem from the start. They simply kept "resetting the sensor" and clearly that wasn't the solution. They do anything they can to cut corners and save themselves money rather than actually fix the problem at hand. Recently I took my car back for multiple issues, two of them being sensors again. They had my car for almost two weeks and I never got any sort of a status update at all. So unprofessional! I shouldn't have to call you to get the status of my car. When I finally went to pick it up they went over everything they had "fixed" and as soon as I got in my car I immediately saw the two sensors were not fixed at all when they specifically said those were absolutely taken care of. They said to give them 45 minutes and they would do it right away. I came back an hour and a half later and it still wasn't completed. It was over two hours before I finally got out of there. On top of that the service people are rude and incompetent. Worst experience I've had with any company ever but like I said I should have known this right off the bat with my initial experience. Seriously people steer clear of them!! The absolute worst. I honestly don't understand how they are still in business with the terrible customer service they provide.
