  • If I could give a 0 star, damn right I would. I bought 4 tires at this dump. Within 4 month, two of the tires popped. They told me I had warranty so I called to find out about it. One of the employee, Chris, kept telling me that there is a pro rate. That's great, now what is the pro rate? Oh, you can't tell me? Why is that? Because you need to look at it. I'm sorry, but two of my tires of flat, I am not going to tow my car ten miles if I don't know the pro rate. I'm sorry, now I'm making you pull numbers from the sky? Sorry for asking too much from you. Later on, I went to Discount Tires since they were willing to DRIVE to my car and HELP bring my car to their store. I asked one of the mechanics about the tires, "how long do you think I've had them for?" His answer? "Two years?" I told him I had them for almost 4 month. He pointed out all of the issues in the tires that popped. TED WIENS IS AN OVERPRICED COMPANY WHO PRACTICE FRAUD RELIGIOUSLY. Don't bother going there. Not only are they overpriced, but they lack the customer service to back up being over priced.
