  • Dont know why they are getting a new yelp page. Below is my review from the previous page. I was a box holder for 8 years and have seen multiple owners. These last owners, Raj & Sarita, were the reason for me to leave. I lost an important piece of business mail. So after 2 months of contacting the sender, I had to request a duplicate. However, when I requested kindly in person for Raj to check the they neighboring boxes, he refused. It would have taken less than 1 minute to do that. Out of ego he said to me they never makes mistakes. Yet I have received other box holders' mail in my box in error. Then when box renewal time came, they kept telling me in their broken and unintelligent English that Its important to renew because its would be such a hassle for me update my address with everyone. Little did they know there weren't that many. They increased their annual rate by an extra $50 bucks. You know what? If they wanted an extra $50 bucks a year, I would have paid for it if they either got a brain transplant or took speech classes or English classes. I respect there are people from different cultures and many people have language barriers. However the customer base speaks mostly English and/or French, the national languages. If they cant communicate effectively, then hire someone that can. If they cant read the language especially with MAIL - then hire someone that can. Think about it. What would I have gotten for those extra $50? Certainly it would not have brought my lost mail. After I closed the box, there were many bank statements from CIBC that I never received after closing my box. The UPS store never bothered sending it back to CIBC otherwise the bank would have documented it. Did UPS Store throw it in the garbage? Did they open it up? I the latter is more likely because the owner is greedy. Isn't stealing someone's mail illegal? I never got my key deposit back. They changed the story and called it a key fee, not deposit. Whereas when I first signed up by the 1st owner, I was told it was a refundable deposit. Then Raj then had the balls to send me an email after my box was closed to tell me they were ready to receive the key for my mailbox after closing it.! I was more then welcomed to stop by at any time to drop it off. It cost them more money to change the lock to my former mailbox after I did not give the key back to them. I do not recommend this place whatsoever. I still have the key to the main entrance, if anyone wants it- let me know. Otherwise it will cost them more money to replace it and circulate new keys to their box holders. Be sure to check the greyed out link on yelp for the reviews not recommended as there was another yelper that actually recorded his experience with them and placed it on youtube.
