  • I tried giving this company a second chance today, but that did not work out. I used them about a year ago and they were great, so I called them about 6 months ago since I like to have the occasional professional cleaning. Unfortunately, that girl kept trying to do the complete opposite of everything I wanted her to do. For example, I said we are cleaning the downstairs only, unless there is extra time to go upstairs. The first thing she did was carry the vacuum upstairs! I explained that there is a certain cleaner needed on my floors.....a wet mop cannot be used! She almost used the wet mop, but I saw her from another room and I was able to stop her in time! Today I called them again to give them a second chance.....big mistake!!! My 12-1pm window turned into a 2pm no-show! I got a call from the gal who was waiting outside of a house in Boulder City - I live in Summerlin! I told her to check with her boss....stuff happens, maybe she got my phone number mixed up. I did not receive a call back from her or from the boss. It's now almost 3pm and still no response! I canceled via text and expected at least an attempt at an apology, but I have received nothing...wait, I just got a "sorry, we understand that you want to use another company, but you can still call again in the future" - no way!
