The taste of my shake is the only thing that saved this review. Wow. My husband and I went here with another couple on a Sunday night at 9.
We ordered mania shakes and they asked for our names to call for when they were done. They weren't the friendliest staff, but they also weren't rude.
While waiting for our shakes, customers that had arrived and ordered after us received their drinks. None of the staff apologized for the wait, and when they called our drinks they didn't even use our names, they just called it by the shake name which was totally confusing since there were several other people there. Three of us waited 10-15 minutes for our shakes while the other girl with us waited at least 20. No apologies for the long wait whatsoever. I watched one staff just stand around and watch while one worked and the other one tried to make shakes but seemed confused. Not impressed with the staff at all.
The shake was mediocre. It seemed much thinner than other shakes and melted down into a milk like consistency towards the end. My husband's was messy and at least the guy apologized for that as it dripped all over the floor. He ordered the tiki lounge, which has blueberry cheesecake ice cream and claims it comes topped with "fresh fruit". AKA a half unwrapped a banana shoved down the middle (which is what made it drip everywhere).
Definitely not impressed and I don't think we will be going back.
I can't wait to try the Milkshake Factory!
