Fair to poor in my opinion. You really have to whine and light a fire under their arses to get them do anything. I live in a 'luxury' condominium complex managed by this company. I think problems really started when too many absentee HO started renting out their units. More noise, issues with people not picking up after their pets(poop) things and important parts being messed with in the pool area, a clubhouse that has yet to be used, cancelled HO meetings and general disorganization. I lived here for a few years and the first year was pretty nice but you would think they would have on record every residence parking (extra guest) space on their system. Guess not as its really a free for all. As a homeowner I was given a handbook with a parking map of spaces marked out for each unit owner but they seemed to have ignoring that or its changed and I did not get the memo--? This has caused great confusion and constant irritation ('Your in my spot. GET OUT.'' Me: ''But PM assured me this was my true spot--just last month. Really and you are only here a few weeks out of the year, live up front yet they assigned you a back guest spot. Hmmmm...
Oh dear'' I just love getting angry notes on my car when I leave for work, don't you?). o--O. I lived in apt complexes both good and bad areas and never had as many issues as I had here. Because that s what it feels like now a regular run of the mill apt. complex. We have also had issues with the entry gates. With the high fees I am paying I expected more. I am hoping that the rumors are true and sometime next year a new management team with take over . OH PLEASE. One can only hope it will be an improvement.
