  • Love (almost) all the doctors there, especially our pediatrician. However, answering service lacks the level of customer service I received from other Novant offices, which have been stellar. I called last month trying to get appointment and rattled off several flu symptoms I have been experiencing. The response I received was "*sigh* So, you have a cough?" Actually, it did turn out to be the flu. Please make appointment and avoid diagnosing.
