  • Sears used to offer great service. Not anymore. I have my appliances covered under their repair agreement. A technician was supposed to come today between 1 and 5 to fix my washer. Now it's 6:30, and nobody has shown up. When I call they apologize and transfer me to a number with a recorded message. Ridiculous. Do yourself a service and find a different company.
