  • The tech was great!!!!! so for him, I would like to have given 5 stars BUT the price Pompeii gave for replacing our heater and AC unit too was over 15K... They did service what we called them out for and we were educated on how the 20.00 filters for the furnace are all but a waste of money and destroys your furnace...never knew that but the price alone to replace and get new was outrageous. No one really bothered to call from the office and see if we wanted to proceed or if we wanted to take a different option. Not much in the way of follow up...so I took that as well they really didn't care too much on my sale. Good Luck.
