  • I've had good experiences with this location so far. The staff have been friendly and acknowledged me which seems uncommon for Goodlife. The facilities were clean and while not new seemed to be well taken care of. Even close to noon it wasn't too packed with people, much better than the downtown locations. The location isn't very big so everything is packed in really close, but because it's not crazy busy it's not too bothersome. I'd say this is my favourite Goodlife location I've visited.
