  • I called this company last Sunday and left a message for someone to call me back so I could book an appt before Thanksgiving . I returned last night remebering no one returned my call. I called spoke to the son who insisted they called me back. Wrong. Then he had an employee call me and he said,well maybe I called the wrong person. I thought about the treatment I received from this young man all night and decided to call the father. BIG MISTAKE. HE WAS CONDESCENDING NOT INTERESTED and kept saying, big deal no one called you back what do you want...I thought being the adult/father/owner he would want to know about the call. He thought it was more important to tell me about his brain surgery how they are short handed. And basically talk to me in a demeaning fashion. In a world where service does not exist anymore I would skip this carpet cleaning.
