  • I'm so glad I called Nikolay to check what's wrong with my washer because there wasn't any water coming out. When I called to schedule an appointment for Monday, he was able to work around my schedule due work. He called me 15 mins prior to showing up at my door and was prompt for my appointment time. As he was checking the problem, he was informing of what to look out for. although he fixed the water issue, He did find another problem I wasn't even aware of. Im glad he told me so I wont be so shocked if my washer starts making loud noises. He provided a truthful but professional opinion about my washer that it will be almost time to purchase a new one. His service was above and beyond! He was kind enough to look my out-dated freezer because some of the shelvings were not stabled and he did not charge me for that at all. He was a kind professional that I will be calling again if any of my appliances break. Thank you Nikolay for helping me with my washer and freezer! I highly suggest you give him a call if your looking for someone to help with your appliances.
