  • I waited for a bit before I finally wrote a review of Sunset Spas. I bought my spa back in Nov of 2016 after alot of research and going to numerous spa stores. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Dave, who asked me what I was looking for. After I looked at all of the numerous spas that they had in their showroom, I decided on one. I talked more with Dave, and he talked me into upgrading to a different spa for a few more dollars and ALOT more features, and I'm so glad that I did! After my spa was delivered and set up, I was in heaven! Fast forward to today. I was checking my spa and noticed that the valve for the waterfall was not working. I called the store, and explained my problem, and to my surprise, they said come on down and we'll have a new valve waiting for you. BOTTOM LINE: If you want the best bang for your buck and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, go see the guys at Sunset Spas on Bell rd!!! You will not be sorry!
