  • Update on my last review: The response from this company was that the management is doing what it can to "make the property look nice". Unfortunately this is at the expense of the tenants. None of the dog poop bags are ever stocked, and they are repaving HALF of the parking spots at once (over Thanksgiving week, mind you), making it physically impossible to accommodate all of the tenants. I will not be parking outside of my complex in a neighborhood that is less-than-trustworthy. All the while, the apartment complex seems to have suddenly lost any security guards that we have previously seen, and I have felt unsafe on more than one occasion while walking my dog. It would appear that our rent is supporting untimely renovations rather than keeping our property safe and sanitary. Luckily my lease is coming to an end, and I will be in search of something better. I will be sure not to recommend this property to anyone.
