This was my second visit to the tallest ferris wheel in the world! Right here, in the USA, surpassing the height of the London Eye, Las Vegas stands proud!
The first time I rode this luxurious ferris wheel was with Maggie T. for her birthday a couple of years ago. It was a fun summer experience! The cabin was clean and air conditioned! The ride was smooth and filled with breathtaking views!
This second time, I was with Dear Daniel and Minky. Lunch Buddy is so smart...he figured out when sunset was; and that the price would increase at 5pm. We also had a coupon for $5 off. (Look in one of the tourist magazines!) It was great timing and worked out perfectly! We even saw the start of the Bellagio Fountain show across the way and the sparkling lights of this fabulous city!
I keep encouraging my mom and auntie to go on this attraction, but they are afraid of heights and think they will get nausea. I believe that if they look at the horizon, they won't feel dizzy. The speed is as slow as an escalator, but they do stop to board wheelchairs...
So, if you're thinking about going on the High Roller, I would tell you to do it right before 5pm (like 4:30pm because there might be a line to pay) for the best deal!
