  • I originally chatted online Sunday night with someone who was going to have the LV office call me for an appt. Monday but I did not hear back. So on Tuesday evening I called and l/m and they called me back & I scheduled an appt. for Wed. The 2 guys came out Wed. morning and were very professional and informative. They also looked at 2 other issues in my home and gave me advice on those. They had to leave to go get parts & 1 came back & did install of my garbage disposal while also clearing up tube from dishwasher which took care of an issue I had had the entire 20 years I have lived there. Technician was very nice and we chatted like friends while he worked. He tested everything before he left. I really liked the 2 year warranty. It was a little more than I anticipated but that's life in the big city. They did also offer me a plan for continued care on other items which was fairly affordable but I declined at this time.
