  • Waltzed in with a list of five Samsung 6 issues since update: no Linked In or Tumblr shortcut, one of my email account kept failing to load, no angel avatar on Avatar outgoing messages, email signature had too many returns (block of white space between email message and signature). Lucky for me I got Susan! She was patient, understanding with what I was trying to convey, welcoming. Bottomline FANTASTIC!! She works Saturdays. From now on, she's my go-to girl!
