If yelp gave an option to not star the review, I would. This company is just down right embarrassing. I've had century link for the past year and had no issues until now. I moved and requested to transfer my services to my new home. Daniel, the representative at this store has been very accommodating however I don't know if it's the communication this company lacks. Daniel scheduled my appointment for Thursday to have someone install my cable and Internet. Someone was supposed to call before they arrive between the hours of 8a-4p. No one showed nor did anyone call! I called to see what happened and he informs me that they rescheduled my appointment for Saturday without notifying me??? Apparently there was some technical difficulties. He assured me that someone would come out on Saturday between 2:30p-5p. Again, no call and no show. The frustrating part is that because it's a weekend, I can't get through to ANYONE! Two no calls and no shows just to get my damn service transferred to my new home?? How in the fuck is this company still running?! This is a bunch of bullshit and such unprofessionalism that has been displayed. DO NOT purchase their services! I am doing you all a favor. PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW. I still plan to follow up with corporate to file a complaint.
