  • Doctor Yao really is a nice doctor. I do like her, but I am always unhappy and discouraged to come back. First, people up front- i really don't like them. They come off as rude and it makes me grumpy to be there. The most irritating thing is waiting over an hour. I show up before my appointment time to pay and fill out paperwork. They don't call me back until 30 mins past my appointment time. I am finally called in for vitals and an exam room. I have been here for an hour and just now in an exam room still waiting to be seen.
