  • This is my 2nd time going there this year. I dealt with Dexter in the past last year. And he's an Old School mechanic with YEARS of experience!!! Keith is Dexter's son, I spoke to Keith if they accept Extended Warranty and he said no problem. I brought my car in at 835am. I told him I was having problems with the starter. Dave took care of contacting the Warranty company and Keith gave them the explanation on the problem. I signed the work order and they ordered the parts. I have an 02 SC430, so you have to replace the gaskets along with the starter, which is sandwiched in under the injectors(Japanese trying to save space) Keith said the parts will be in around 12pm. I paid my $100 deductible. Keith said it till take about 3 hours labors. Keith did all the work, he also found a crack in a hose causing my engine light to come on(he didn't charge me for that) & plugged in my oil sensor which was causing another problem. (No charge) I was out of there by 135pm. I didn't mind the wait, because I knew the part would be in by Noon, which it arrived at 1205pm. This Job would have Cost me around $450.00!!! Because of my Warranty, I only paid $100 bucks! (Warranties are important to have especially on older vehicles) I will be bringing my SC430 back next month to have New struts, Rotors and Brake pads put in. Keith and his crew took care of my car. I told Keith, "Take of my Car and I will keep coming back!" Repair shops are dime a dozen in Vegas... But Knowledgeable, honest, sincere and friendly mechanics are Hard to find! This is a Hole in the Wall, not Dealership or Franchise... sometimes a hole in the wall, Can be a Diamond mine! And this is my Diamond mine! They work on and repair problems with your vehicle... Period... that's what they do! And appreciate all the work they do for my Car! Thanks Keith!!
