| - I received an email from them stating they could lower my auto load interest rate by 2% so I hit the apply button.
I went through the process, and you have to confirm your email, which took about four minutes to arrive. As soon as it did I hit ht link, and the URL said my link was expired.
So I went to sign in and it won't allow me to, unless I enter my phone number, which I did not so there is now no way for me to finish applying online.
So I called customer service and got Ali, #157 as she stated.
I told her exactly what I wrote above, and she reiterated words that had nothing to do with what I said to her, so I asked her if she listened to anything I said. She said she did. Then I told her clearly she didn't because what she recited back to me wasn't even in the neighborhood of what I said.
So I asked for a supervisor which she said she would get, then came back and said that person was busy and tried to get me to repeat what I was calling about, and I told her that based on my first experience with her, I would be an idiot to keep making the same mistake twice.
She has clearly never spoken with people of intelligence and she took offense to this to which I told her was no longer her concern since I asked for a supervisor. She said she would put me on hold and then hung up on me.
I called back and this time I got Allison. She seemed more mature and able to at least get a supervisor, to which she agreed, but then came back saying that person was unavailable and tried to help me, which is fine, but I told her that I wanted to speak with the supervisor to complain about the previous rep who hung up on me, and that I'd just like to deal with a supervisor.
We had words back and forth because for some reason, her communication is beyond horrible, I mean I can't even explain how they don't even use the correct verb tenses so things make no sense and then, so I ended up asking her if she had critical thinking skills, to which she took offense, which is ridiculous, because if I want a freaking supervisor then just freaking get one and move on with your life. She hung up as well.
So based on the bad sign up experience, and beyond comprehension horrible, immature, inexperienced customer service reps, I wouldn't even walk in this place to ask to use the toilet.
These little girls have a lot to learn about their job responsibilities and deferring to a supervisor.
