| - This posters review , below, sums it up but since she is new she is not recommended:
The 'Vue', says it all, they can't spell 'View' and they can't run an apartment complex. The view this place has to offer is not the only sensory overload you will experience at this place, your ear drums will also receive a sensory overload. Every time you enter and exit the parking structure you are treated to a 25 second high pitched ear deafening screech from the gate raising and lowering to let your vehicle enter and exit the parking structure. Once inside, your ear drums will continue to be defiled by the ridiculously horrendous and pathetic selection of elevator music that is played throughout the building and drives everyone insane. What a disaster! It's everywhere, you can't get away from it. It's played in the elevator lobby of each floor, the common areas, the amenity areas, the mail room. It makes me sick, literally. The apartment units aren't any better to help reduce the discomfort of your ear drums. The disrespectful residents, 'guests' of residents, and walkabout from off the street blast their hip hop music from the eighth floor pool deck at all times of the day. There is a constant infiltration of music into your apartment unit from the eighth floor pool deck, and the noise gets worse as it rises to the higher apartment units. You can keep your poorly insulated sliding door closed, but the music moves right through it as if there were no barrier there. The residents blare their luxurious sound systems so loud that they shake the walls of your apartment unit. If you report these issues to the individuals in the office who refer to themselves as management or the concierge' you realize that it is your problem. But, what do they care? The concierge is a revolving door of employees and the young, immature, and unresponsive management team has no backbone. This place used to be maintained well until the previous manager moved on to a new position, and the current property manager has succeeded into turning this apartment complex into 'Club Vue' instead of 'The Vue'. Ever since the new management took over the quality of living has decreased tremendously. This is not a peaceful place to live. This is not a relaxing place to live. This is not a good environment to live in. There is no rest for the hard working individual at this complex. I'm moving out as soon as possible, and would warn you to never move in.
