  • I was shocked at how poorly I was treated at this store. A woman named 'Roxy' was cold and indifferent when I went in to consign some clothing. They make money selling my stuff, and have the nerve to treat me poorly. She acted as if I was bothering her by making her do the job she gets paid to do. Someone needs to provide 'Roxy' with some customer service training. I don't know if she is the owner, but she certainly acts like she owns the place, and would prefer to not be wasting her time there. Perhaps hire some people that understand the value of customer service. Recommendation: Don't waste your time at Turn Style. Go somewhere where your business (as a buyer and a seller) is appreciated.
