  • I recently went on my first trip to Vegas and was so excited for the loads of shopping to be had there. We went to the Forum Shops because I had found out there was MAC Pro Store there, which I have never been to before even though I am an avid user of MAC. I went into the store and shopped around for a bit. I decided to look at a pink pigment. When I picked it up, someone had decided to just place the cap back on rather than screwing it. It spilled all over me, the new shoes I was wearing, and all over some things I had just bought from Marc Jacobs. I was completely embarrassed because I was covered in hot pink makeup. I went over to tell the staff what had happened and they just told me not to worry because they would clean up their counter. 4 of the people working there saw me covered in makeup but not a single one of them offered to help me clean myself up. I can't imagine that this was the first time makeup spilled on someone, which is why I was so appalled that no one offered to help me. I love MAC, but I would never on my life shop at this store again.
