I was really excited about this concept, but I dropped my clothes on Friday and didn't get them back until Wednesday. That was much slower than I anticipated and not anywhere close the the timeframe they promised. I used the iOS app and I couldn't get a clear idea on pricing until after getting my clothes back. That's when I found out I was paying $3.75 per polo shirt. That's pricing compared to my traditional dry cleaner. Yes, I have to drop and pickup when their open, but the convenience of a 24hour drop and pickup location isn't worth the price, especially when the service is so slow. The clothes were laundered well, but there was nothing extraordinary.
