One of my family member's recently became uninsured and required monthly meds to maintain her health. I went to Walgreens anticipating paying a high amount for the meds, which I was correct. I told pharmacist "Andrew" that I was paying cash as my family member is uninsured.
He took out his personal phone and began to look for online coupons to help reduce the cost. He also shared the Walgreen's Pharmacy program with us too. Bottom line is he saved me about $80! I know he didn't have to do that, especially with a long line in the back of me, but he did and demonstrated genuine concern for the situation.
This is true customer obsession. Andrew's a great asset to that team!
