  • I've been going to the Gilbert location since they bought TLC about 8 years ago (who was my prior primary care facility). The facility is nice, I have had good service, good appointments and they have seen me within 10 minutes 80% of the time. I have had great experiences with the physicians and their online patient portal is great. My #1 complaint is what others are complaining about -- management is solely focused on generating revenue. Prescription refills are only for 4 months and won't be refilled without another office visit. The prescriptions are ones I've been on for years (e.g. nasal spray for allergies) that don't need monitoring such as heart medication. They will not provide referrals without an office visit and they will not give simple test results without an office visit.
