  • I could never put into words how grateful I am to have had Ashley as our doula. After having a traumatic birth experience, with many medical interventions, with my first son, I knew I wanted something very different with my second baby. From the moment we met, Ashley put my mind at ease and gave me the confidence I needed to trust in my body and my ability to meet my birth goals. She was available any time to answer questions or offer reassurance. I really appreciated her expertise and knowledge about the birth process and our chosen hospital and care providers. When I did go into labor, Ashley was indispensable to us. I progressed much faster than anticipated, and I have no doubt that without her guidance, I would have begun to panic and become fearful instead of surrendering to the beautiful and natural process of birth. I was able to have the all natural birth experience I was looking for, and I owe much of that to the loving guidance that Ashley provided. What a healing experience it was. After our son was born, Ashley continued to stay in touch and check in on my recovery, baby's progress, and our family as a whole. After sharing such an incredible journey with her by my side, I truly feel like she has become a part of our family. Having a doula will change your birth experience, and Ashley is absolutely one of the best!
