  • I came here for my birthday breakfast 1) because I had a Groupon and 2) because my grandma who passed away last year's name was Rosie. So I thought it would be neat to include her on my birthday and this is how I did it! This is a cute little diner/coffee shop that doesn't really stand out as anything special/fancy, but I am glad I discovered it. The inside seems like it may need a little facelift, but, perhaps, that's part of the charm. The lady at the counter was very patient and helpful with us, since it was our first time and we weren't sure how the ordering/seating worked. We really enjoyed the food. I ordered the chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich (yes, I know I said this was my birthday breakfast, but I was not in the mood for breakfast food at this point) and my boyfriend ordered the biscuits and gravy. Lots of flavor in both. My chicken was nice and tender with no signs of dryness. Next time we stop in, I'd love to try their pastries! It looks like they also do specialty cakes and desserts; so, I may have to look into that for any special events I have on the horizon. Will be back to try some other menu items and dig into some desserts!
