  • Finally found a training regimen and gym for me! I've never been a big gym goer, mostly out of sheer embarrassment due to my lack of knowledge about gym equipment and proper training and technique. Personal training at large, chain gyms is expensive and you have to compete with the regular gym goers for use of the equipment. RevFit is great because it's a private gym and only offers personal training. I feel extremely comfortable and confident because it's usually just me and the trainer. I train with Jason--he's so personable and tailors your routine just for you. The routine changes up every month too so it never gets monotonous or boring. It's also great to have someone know your strength and can push you to do more. I'd never have gotten to lift the weight I'm at if I tried training on my own. The duration you're there is up to you. He encourages you to take your time and go at your own pace; versus large gyms where you're on a strict end-time. I can't recommend Jason and RevFit enough!
