We went to see the Moscow Ballet perform the Nutcracker. We stood outside in freezing temperatures for 35 minutes. There were little girls all dressed up & not wearing suitable clothing for extended time in these temperatures. Nor were most adults. We got in 20 minutes after the ballet was supposed to start. Also, the ballet started 40 minutes late because of the entrance logistics. The lobby was dingy and unattractive. The theatre was beautiful. No one showed us to our seat or gave us a program. I found a stack of programs during the intermission. The usher sent us to the wrong section after studying a chart. There were no refreshments at intermission. The water fountain only had a trickle. The lines to the restrooms were huge and I got back to the performance after it started. They did not dim the lights to let us know it was starting. They need to change a lot of things before this will be a good venue.
