  • A worker walked into my backyard unannounced, on a day where there was no work scheduled. I have 9 dogs and was not home at the time. The ruckus startled my wife and was a massive invasion of our privacy. Thankfully, none of the dogs got out, but Presidential pools would just tell you that was a subcontractor and not their employee. It's their game, not our department, we don't do that, we hire contractors. The excuses and finger pointing is actually kinda fun and clever. They have the market cornered, but make no mistake this is not a professional company. They do not care, safety and quality is not they're concern. Shameful...will write another review in a few days because I'm still waiting on completion
