  • I originally had safelite glass repair do my first chip in my windshield which was fixed poorly. It cracked again and I called USAA to come repair my windshield again and told them not to use safelite, I told them I wanted Scottsdale auto glass, because they were recommended to me. They told me to just replace my whole windshield since the crack was in my line of view. I went ahead with it since I have a 0$ deductible for glass repair. Seth was very patient with me on the phone since I was at work. They didn't get upset which I really appreciated since I don't have any days off and I get very busy. They came to my work and replaced my windshield and did a beautiful job. I didn't have to take off work and go anywhere ,they came to me which was awesome. I will not go anywhere but here from now on!
