rev:text	I just went there for an oil change because I received a coupon in the mail. Went into the shop and three guys are standing in a circle talking in the garage. There's a large window and I am definitely in their line of view but nobody could be bothered to help me out. I heard the only other people in their complaining about how long it was taking and how it was their FOURTH time there to fix the same issue. I just walked out after standing at the counter for 7 minutes without even an acknowledgement.
