  • I gave this place two stars instead of one because the salon itself is nice with a neat set up. My hairdresser Alexis is not someone I would recommend to ANYONE. I was charged a total of $170 for what ended up being fried brown hair. She didn't have the products needed to strip my hair of its color after trying for two hours. In the end she sent me on my way with wet hair and mismatched hair because she had plans to go out partying with her roommate, (her words, not mine). She scheduled me to come back in to finish my hair but in the end wasn't able to color it the color I asked and said for me to come back in a month. I go home again with wet hair only to find my hair literally just breaking apart. Now I'm stuck with frizzy, burned, and miscolored hair!
