  • * Price: expensive buffet... but everything is expensive here. About $60 per person on a regular day; $70 for holiday. 3 star. * Ambiance: nice dinning room and decor but very congested especially during holidays. The food counters along the wall, dinning room is sectioned. So one way in and one way out... 3 star. * Location : Cesar Palace by the pool. Convenient if you stay here. 3+ star. * Meals: huge menu, 9 stations. You name it, they have it! Food is high quality! 4+ star. * Service: friendly. 3+ star. This is averaged to 4 star. We came here during our stay for 4th of July. We want to see what all the hype about this place. The wait is ridiculous, 3 hours minimal unless you are diamond or High rollers or you can pay extra $25 per person to skip the line which we did. We still have to wait for another 1/2 hour. The buffet is huge but the set up is very congested since all stations are right next to each other... so you are once again in line for food. The menu for 4th of July is huge. There are 9 stations (seafood, carved meat, cheese, Italian, Mediterranean, noodles, Japanese, chinese, deserts...) Seafood station has king and snow crab legs, saute clams, mussels, shrimps. Everything is tasty and fresh. Sushi and sashimi is pretty fresh. My favorite station is Chinese food. There is frog legs, saute greenbeans, peeking ducks, saute snowpeas, etc. Everything is cooked perfectly. For vegetarians, there are plenty of choices here. The deserts are outrageous, creme brulee, flans, velvet cakes, and so on... everything is delicious! The reasons that stopped us to rate it 5 star are the prices, the long wait and the set up of buffet line. It is so stressful to dine here since the line is long; people are on top of each other to try to get their food, reaching over each other. The label is very hard to read so if you try to figure what the dish is, you will get scolded for holding the line! Is it worth the money and 3 hour wait? Probably not unless you have time to kill. It is worth to try once if there is less than 1 hour wait. It has a huge menu but not all items worth to try so don't fill up your stomach with noodles and salads!
