  • I got a very competitive rate for the week from Dollar. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and personable. Considering the very unpleasant experience I had at Enterprise the last time I visited the Charlotte area, I was expecting the worst. Dollar really did change my opinion and think I'll use Dollar every time I travel to Charlotte. (this is becoming a weekly trip for me.) Their office area is in need of a fresh coat of paint, but who cares. They offered excellent, friendly and professional service. The car was clean and in good repair. To top it off, they offered excellent rates which helps me save a little on my expense account. All in all - good job, Dollar!
