  • I visited this property in July. Ist visit since they added an SPG lounge.............the lounge is OK, nice views of downtown Toronto, but......... - the property has not been renovated; - our room request was not honoured; - the Starwood Fitness area is very poor. The biggest surprise of all was when I raised the GM Suzanne Marshall & her assistant Wendy Won. Rather than deal with the concerns, their response was we will try better next time! Next time?
