Family had been repeat customers for many years (and spent significant $ here) and we're avid cyclists. Prior ownership was wonderful- satisfaction guaranteed, no questions asked. Since new ownership apparently took over, customer and satisfaction and guarantee no longer exist together. Have been disappointed too many times to count, now...
Our Performance Buyers Club membership has expired. Not only will I not be renewing it, we'll never return to this store or any other of their locations. Too many other options, especially those that are locally owned and focused on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
