  • I recently moved to Charlotte and have been asking around for a good place to go for waxing. Several people referred me to EWC and I am so happy that I made the decision to go to them. They are efficient with scheduling, each time that I've been I haven't had to wait any longer than about 5 minutes until someone comes out and greets me by name (I'm huge on personalized customer service) The only thing that kept me from a 5 star rating is the fact that they are persistent with the sales pitch even after you politely decline. Other than that, I'm a happy girl :)
