  • Why do I ever go to the Dundas Street Canadian Tire? I always leave empty handed and irritated (four annoying, useless trips already this month. This time I only needed one item from Customer Service desk; scowling young woman pretends to work on computer, then search lockers behind counter (for nothing), then picks up the phone that didn't ring. The other guy is busy flirting with customer and then also picks up phone. Clearly you should never bother to go here in person because you are literally far less important than the phone. Guy on phone turns his back to me, scowling girl finally gets off phone and ignores me and helps guys standing behind me. I give in, put my wallet back in my purse and leave; guy on phone gets off the phone long enough to yell "Have a nice evening" after me in sarcastic sing songy voice. Rude, unhelpful, unprofessional, and snarky. Find a Home Depot instead.
