  • So this steakhouse was pretty good, but to be honest STK @Cosmo or SW@ Wynn or Botero @Encore are better. I had the bone in Filet with the crab mashed potatoes that was the chef's special for the evening. Both were very good. I started with an heirloom tomato and mozzarella salad, very good, but hard to mess that up. Creamed spinach was very boring and lacked flavor. I had to add salt to it & was missing the 'creamed' part of it. Mashed potatoes were too soupy for me, was like baby food. But the creamed corn was a definite winner. Their peppercorn sauce was rather boring for me. We asked for a table by the window or water so we could watch the Bellagio water show. We go the furthest thing from it. Some lady came and asked if we wanted our pictures taken at the table...TACKY...where are we Disneyworld??? They also were over booked or something b/c towards the end of the meal we felt pressured to 'hurry up and go' like they needed the table. Very upscale atmosphere, business meeting dinner rather than a date place {stk is a date place}. see pix of my salad
