Was my experience here terrible? No. I went a few months ago - got my exam, went through my insurance, and my contacts arrived on time. However, dealing with Dr. Berger - though it was only a 15 minute or so interaction - was miserable. I get it, Dr. B, you have to deal with the Chris-Town weirdos all day, but don't take it out on me. I know the eye doctors for America's Best are contracted, but still. Since it's obviously a RETAIL place, thus dealing with a lot of people on an everyday basis, maybe a more people-friendly eye doctor should work here. Just an idea...
