Came here with a friend who absolutely loves the place. First thing I noticed is that this place is... like, really dark. This isn't unheard of for pubs, but it was so dark that I could barely read the menu even though there were tea lights on the tables... Thankfully no glaring problems in service. We weren't super hungry so we ordered two appetizers: blarney chips and a poutine with short ribs. The blarney chips were delicious, but the poutine left me wanting more. I expected more flavour from the Guinness gravy, but it didn't really deliver.
