  • They were scheduled to be at my home between 8 and noon. They did not show. I called and was told they were running very late and would not be there till 2 pm. A simple phone call or text would have been appropriate. I was very angry and hung up instead of saying something I would have regretted. The office person called back to chastise me for hanging up. Unbelievable. I also requested a quote two days before the appointment. I received my quote after the worker arrived at my house. Very poor customer service. Price was outrageous. Was trapped into paying the high price because I needed the work done. Will never use this company again. Update I was contacted by one of the owners who was very apologetic about my situation. They offered to refund me the money I was charged. I settled for half. Bad experience turned into a positive encounter. Quick response to my Yelp post.
