  • UTTER INCOMPETENCE. This place is a dungeon. The customer service is nonchalant and apathetic. Avoid Ally and Ciara!! This used to be a store I looked forward to going to. I'm a small business owner, so I have to make regular trips to office supply stores. Lately, because the attitude of the Office Depot employees is so snarky, angry, and condescending, I have been going to Staples, FedEx Kinko's, UPS, CopyCat, or ordering from Office Depot.com. The management team (including Ally and Mike Croft) is just as bad as the employees. Today Ally and Ciara wasted 1 1/2 hours of my time on a small, simple copy job that - according to even Mgr. Mike Croft - "should have only taken 10 minutes." This after I called ahead and asked Ally if they were busy! I even tried using the 2 antiquated Self service machines - both of them printed extra lines marring up my pages. And no one would fix them. I did everything I could do to make this experience work but after standing there for 1 1/2 hours I MISSED MY DEADLINE. NO ONE CARED. THESE FOLKS COULD NOT GIVE LESS OF A DAMN ABOUT YOUR PROJECTS OR YOUR TIME!
