When I started with Moar Landscape I was extremely happy. Then the service became poorly executed and required me to call every single time after a service complaining. Who wants that?! I don't want to call. I'm busy and expect service to be completed CORRECTLY. This has been the norm for last 2 months until I cancelled last week and get this.... they charged my account for FULL SERVICE when they did half the job. I even emailed requesting I be billed for half service. Greedy and unprofessional company
First they scalped my yard down to dirt when I asked they mow a littler shorter due to HOA complaint. This scalping caused crab grass an d weeds to grow. It was ugliest yard on block! I went and I personally bought Scotts turf builder/ weed killer to try to get yard back. It was looking better and sure as heck they scalped AGAIN!!' I can't believe it. I'd already called and complained after first scalping. After a month to scalp again! Inadequate yard care guys. Last Wednesday they came and didn't scalp as it was barely grown back but did NOT spray those pesky weeds growing up in the gravel. I called, no one responded and I had to go out and buy weed spray and do myself. We aren't talking a couple of weeds but LOTS of those low ground weeds. I was done!!!! First of all the problems began when they made me the LAST stop of their day when their guys worked a Long' HOT day and apparently half assed it to go home. Not acceptable. Nothing done to compensate the 2 grass scalping or the neglect of weed treatment. I would say don't, walk....RUN to another Service. I'd give 0 stars and am challenging the charge on my credit card.
