  • I received a call from Alan today apologizing for not being able to cut my hair. I respect the fact that he called, and explained the whole situation to me. He even offered me a free haircut to make-up for the mishap. I respect people/businesses that try to make their clients happy. Accordingly, I've adjusted my rating. These guys are stand-up.
