  • I really wanted to have great sushi in Vegas and I found it in Sushi Roku. The view at night is awesome. Service was great. Ambiance was on point. You must try the Kobe gyoza, unagi, and the green tea ice cream dessert. I haven't really tried a lot of sakes but the server hit the nail with his recommendation of the Sawanoi "junmai ginjo" sake. When I go back to Vegas I will definitely go again.
